What we fix

DPF cleaning & replacement

Soot-loaded filters cleaned properly, not just knocked out. If it’s cracked or melted past saving, we’ll tell you straight rather than clean it twice.

DEF & SCR faults

Bad DEF quality sensors, crystallized doser injectors, NOx sensor failures and pump problems — the usual reasons a truck throws a DEF light and starts counting down.

Derate & limp mode

Speed capped at 5 mph with a countdown on the dash? That’s the emissions system, not the engine. We find what triggered it and clear the root cause.

Constant regens

If it’s regenerating every few hours, something upstream is loading the filter faster than it can burn off. We diagnose the cause instead of forcing another regen.

Failed emissions test

Didn’t pass your Clean Truck Check? We do the repair and the re-test under one roof, so you’re not driving across town twice.
